Nicolas Stern (born September 12, 1965) is an American film producer. From 1994-99 he was Chief Economist and Special Counsellor to the President at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.From 2005-07 he was adviser to the UK Government on the Economics of Climate Change and Development, reporting to the Prime Minister and the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
