Brilliant movie - perhaps not, but the acting is solid, the innovation and novelty is better than good, and I through the CGI and production was exceptional. There was also too much killing, unnecessarily.

The only issue I got is the unrolling of the story itself - there are some scenes that you could have easily cut out and made the movie more "dense". As the title says, when last did you watch a good Russian movie? PS: separately I forgot to praise the sound and musical component. In General, it turned out a kind of cocktail of Running, Strangers and books of Panov. Good. Despite the fact that the very phrase today sounds almost like a curse, the film is surprisingly good. With the fall of the alien ship Julia's life changed, now three years later mankind is about to experience new encounter. After a mysterious accident a young architect comes back to his senses in a very odd world. The good points:

The visual part is just great, a lot of modern CG graphics and combined shooting. The flick got good actors, a decent production, a nice but simple story and - last but not least no p.c.-garbage.

I don't care what anyone says this is a fantastic Sci-Fi action thriller! Especially as he has a goal that must be hidden at all costs: being reunited with his dead wife.

The plot seems not too complicated, but characters are impressive, idea and philosophy are deep enough, graphics are impeccable. Mid way through the movie the plot is revealed it and becomes painfully predictable. Sort by: ... me many times these days because all those Woke-washing and boring executions of boring stories etc. Who knew Colin Farrell could speak fluent Russian? It was about at this point I had reached the rinse cycle instructions in the washing machine manual and the movie was losing my interest. Honestly some of the vfx shots were extremely well done given whatever the budget for this movie actually is. Why is there a super new phone and drone and old everything else?

Where's Doctor Who when you need her. You must be a registered user to use the IMDb rating plugin. Although some harsh critics may consider it not perfect or having some borrowings from Hollywood sci-fi movies, it has its own "immersive atmosphere" that keeps you somehow captivated until the end.

In all, really watchable and really well done! Tons of action, special effects, explosions, it's about as much as you could ask for now with nothing in theaters. To start off, I wish there were more movies like this. The main plot could have been far better explored, but they threw a lot of ideias in a blender and this scrip came out...

Was this review helpful? After you get over the dubbing which is in no way bad just a little wierd with lip movement not matching this is surprisingly good.
